Fundraising

Your Gilbert Band Booster board provides as many opportunities as possible to raise funds to help cover the costs of the marching band, winter guard, and winter drumline programs. Fundraisers and dates subject to change. Please always read your emails from the boosters for current fundraising information. There are three kinds of fundraisers:

Individual Fundraisers

Funds raised go directly toward a student’s fees.

General Fundraisers

Funds raised help to cover general band expenses. Remember – your band fees only cover a percentage of the total cost of running our award-winning programs. All students are expected to participate in general fundraisers to help keep fees as low as possible.

Trip Fundraisers

Certain fundraisers will be designated for trips – most frequently, the annual marching band trip to California and the “big trips” held about every three years.

Sponsor Packages

Trailer Ads

Black Package includes a 44' x 26' sponsorship logo on our trailer that follows us to all away games and competitions, advertisement in all band programs and website advertisement. This package sells for $700 and the students receive $300 towards fees.

Gold Package includes advertisement in all band programs and website advertisement. This package sells for $250 and the students receive $125 towards fees.

Business may add a banner for $100 to be displayed at Band Functions.

Sponsorships are a general AND individual fundraiser, earning money both for the band and for individual fees.

FRY'S REWARDS

Fry's You may now link your Fry's VIP Card with the Gilbert Band Boosters to participate in the "Fry's Community Rewards" Program. Please go to www.frysfood.com (or click on the Fry's logo), create an account or log-in, go to "Community", find "New Community Rewards Program" (left) and click on it, then enroll with Gilbert Band Boosters.

Fry's updates your donation totals once per quarter. The boosters will let you know when it's time to print/screen shot your community rewards page showing the "Last Quarter Fry's Donation" with a printed date on it. Please submit your copies to [email protected] by the deadline provided so it can be applied to your fee statement.

Fry's Rewards is an individual fundraiser that goes directly toward your fees.

Boost Discount Cards

Boo$t! card discount pack are available now for sale for $20! Contact [email protected] or to check out a pack. Sales payments are due on Tuesday 9/30 and student's earn $9 credit for every card pack sold and will be applied to individual band fees. For every 10 packs sold you get a free card pack.

World's Finest Chocolate

Can earn $24 per box sold toward fees.

RaiseRight

Ordering gift cards through the scrip program is a great way for your student to earn individual income towards their band fees.
